The Church Development Team Office helps strengthen churches and associations by providing customized strategies in church development and stewardship education.
We have the consultations and events that will help your church, association or other ministry help believers become fully devoted followers of Christ.
Good financial stewards are developed by disciple-making churches. Church members do not automatically begin giving a tithe unless they are taught to do so by the church. We are interested in partnering with association and churches to help in the development of good stewards.
Get connected! The four regional Church Development Strategists' essential functions include networking, resourcing and encouraging Kentucky Baptist churches and associations so that they can fulfill their God-given missions.

The KBSA helps women who work in Baptist churches, institutions and agencies in improving their service to Kentucky churches, congregations, and ultimately -- to God.
Its threefold purpose is to:
- Provide fellowship and encouragement
- Foster individual growth and professional excellentce
- Provide continuing training opportunities and spiritual enrichment for its members.
