Is your women's ministry evangelistic? The main goal for your ministry should be to bring other women into a personal love relationship with God thorugh Jesus Christ by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Here is a simple concept you can use to make your women's ministry evangelistic.
P - pray
E - enlist
T - train
S - seize
Pray for yourself as a leader so that you will be sensitive to the lost (those without Christ.) Pray that others with this passion will be raised up.
Enlist others as God leads. Prayerfully enlist women who have a desire to intentionally share Christ on a consistent basis.
 Train key leaders who will provide ongoing training and will commit to look for opportunities to turn every event into an evangelistic outreach. Make sure that these trained leaders are a part of your event planning team. Their job will primarily be to creatively plan how to invite non-churched women to attend.
Seize the God-ordained moments to reach those who do not know Christ as their Savior and Lord. Place some of these trained leaders on the hospitality committee; place them in different seats during worship; prayer service; Mother's Day Out events, etc. Make sure that you have trained decision counselors for women at church services, women's events, etc. Don't forget to follow up with every contact!
