Building upon 21 years of pastoral experience of developing leaders, Richard Adams now equips pastors, staff and lay leaders through the Leadership Development Department. His passion for spiritual formation is expressed through developing leaders from the inside out. His goal for leadership multiplication is realized by equipping leaders who lead others to discover, develop and deploy their grace gifts, passions and vision for ministry. His equipping ministry is focused through staff and lay retreats, personal consultations, Shepherding the Shepherd, Joshua Project, team building, lay mobilization and preaching.
