Peggy Berry is the ministry assistant for the Leadership Development Team. She has been on staff with KBC since 1991 and in this position since 1993. Her background in the business world combined with a caring heart for the needs of people equip her for the ministry tasks needed on this team. She maintains the files for ministers and churches and aids in making the connections between the two. Her leadership skills are seen in the work with the Ministers' Wives Retreat, the Welcome to Kentucky Event, the Ministers in Transition Conference. In addition she is a vital team player in the work with churches who request help with conflict resolution.

| Guy Futral

Guy Futral has served on the KBC staff since 1984. He has a strong interest in seeing ministers and their families maintain healthy, growing relationships with each other and with their churches. In addition to providing leadership to the team, Guy offers: 1) Training to Search Committees by doing orientation sessions; 2) Guidance to ministers with resume preparation; 3) Consultation with churches needing help with conflict resolution; 4) Counseling referral and KBC financial assistance to ministers and their families when counseling is needed; 5) Ministering to ministers experiencing involuntary termination through personal contact and providing and leading conferences.

| Shelly Johns

| Women's/Senior Adult Ministry Associate, Leadership Development Team Office
|
Shelly's responsibilities include training others to share their faith, organizing and facilitating the annual Woman's Evangelism Conference and other ministry events for women, and helping churches implement women's ministries. She also plans and organizes training opportunities and events for senior adult leaders. Shelly works closely with WMU and other Christian women throughout the state.
