A: Absolutely not! The KBC does not rent or sell e-mail information.
Q: I have a question or comment about something I read in Special Delivery. Should I just send my question to news@kybaptist.org?
A: Please send your questions and comments to the Webmaster at webmaster@kybaptist.org, not news@kybaptist.org.
Q: I'm getting Special Delivery as a file attachment. When I try to open it, I get a message that I don't have a viewer for the file. What do I do?
A: Each e-mail client (Yahoo, CompuServe, Juno, AOL, etc.) handles e-mail in a different way. We send out Special Delivery as a text-only e-mail, not an attachment, but some e-mail programs convert it to an attachment. You can open the attachment by saving it, and then using Notepad to open it up and view it. You may also want to consider using a program like Outlook Express to open and read your e-mail. Such programs are more powerful and more consistent in the way they handle e-mail.
