Tim has been with KBC since 1998. He has 25 years of experience ministering with the deaf in Oregon, California, and Kentucky. He is pastor of Louisville Baptist Deaf Church. He also directs and teaches in the statewide Seminary Extension Deaf Leadership School sponsored by his church. Tim is working to strengthen current deaf ministries and leaders, and to start new deaf congregations. Tim acts as a liaison between several Southern and Kentucky Baptist entities and the deaf community in Kentucky.
