Associational Development Associational Development The New Work and Associational Missions Department promotes associational missions, assists each association in accomplishing its mission, and resources each associational director of missions. In pursuit of these goals we: Interpret associational missions Provide associational administration consultations and information Provide associational strategy guidance Provide orientation for new associational directors of missions Train associational directors of missions search committees Provide information about revising associational constitutions/bylaws Assist associational directors of missions in establishing a network with other DOMs in Kentucky and beyond Provide prayer network leadership for Kentucky DOMs Develop a coaching network for DOMs Assist mountain associations with association DOM selection and placement
