Eric brings more than twenty years of ministerial experience to his position. He desires to see believers reach their full potential by answering God's call to use their spiritual gifts and talents in missions. Eric wants to make a difference in Kentucky by encouraging adults to invest themselves in long-term ministry assignments through Mission Service Corps. He also gives leadership to Supervision Training and Quarterly Prayer Meetings for Spiritual Awakening.

Rebecca has served Kentucky Baptists as Literacy Missions Consultant since 1998. She brings to the position 21 years of experience as a tutor and has been a Literacy Associate with NAMB for thirteen years, leading training workshops throughout the state. She sees her main responsibility to be encourager and catalyst for volunteers and ministry.
